Miss Cecil has been working in childcare for over 15 years. She received her BS in Early Childhood in 2002. Miss Cecil has been married for 6 years and blessed with one son. After working for many years in childcare facility she decided to open a Home Daycare in Volo, IL in 2015, she successfully operated her Home Daycare and came to a point to to expand into a center which is Learn & Grow Academy. Ms. Cecil is excited to provide quality care to all the children in a safe, healthy and caring environment.

Hello my name is Maria. I am a mother of 3 grown up children, since all my kids are big I decided to work in the Daycare because I love kids. I started working with Miss Cecil as an Assistant Teacher at Learn & Grow Home Daycare. It's so exciting to see the  children Learn & Grow.

Hello, my name is Cassie Tagliere and I am the Toddler Teacher. I have had a passion for the education field for as long as I can remember. I attended University of Wisconsim-Milwaukee, majoring in Early Childhood Education. What I enjoy most about teaching is the unique relationships that  I am able to form with students. I love getting to know each child uniqueness. It is my goal as a teacher to ensure that each child is happy, respected and confident in themselves.In July 2015 I got married and moved to the Fox Lake area!My husband, Nick and I have spunky two year old cat named Buster.

Miss Riley

Lead Teacher

Miss Riley received her Associates Degree at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Prior to Teaching Preschool, Miss Riley worked as a behavior technician at Step in Autism Services of Alaska with special needs children ages 2-12. Her favorite part about teaching is watching how quick the children grow and learn the curriculum which prepares them to Kindergarten. One of her favorite daily routines is 'Circle Time" by singing educational songs, dancing, and more! Outside of work, she spends her free time playing volleyball with friends or taking her Dog for walks.
